Call the Create Proposal API with the id of the transaction you need to create a proposal for.
- After a successful response, perform the next steps based on the transaction type:
- If it is an Acquire Transaction, call the Mint Tokens API.
- If it is a Redeem Transaction, call the Burn Tokens API.
